This fabric is called “Empress” and is by Chong-A Hwang for Timeless Treasures. Please note that this package contains 1/2 yard of fabric. It’s whimsical and fun and I’m planning on using it with my 1st new pattern for 2024!

Each increment is precut and available only as a kit containing 1/2 yard of fabric.
