MAQF 2023: Seen at Show

So…

even though I’ve been in business for 19 years, I still get a big kick out of seeing our customers carrying bags they’ve made from our patterns! And what better place to “spy” these customers than at a retail quilt/craft show, right?

And even though the attendance at these shows is down considerably right now due to ongoing concern over the Covid 19 pandemic, we still managed to “spy” NINE of our bags “walking the floor” of the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival last week!

So… let me show you!

So here’s the deal… I had an interesting conversation with a couple of our customers at the Paducah show last April (n 2022) who suggested that I think about giving a 5% show discount to every customer who comes to our booth carrying a bag made from one of our patterns!

And to tell you the truth, after 6 months went by I had totally forgotten all about this idea when I was in Houston last Fall but in retrospect I still thought this sounded like it could be a fun marketing tool so I decided to try this idea out at the MAQF in Hampton, VA. and you know what????

Turns out it was fun for me AND everyone else who came in our booth
wearing a bag made from one of our patterns!

So… I think we’ll try this promotion once again at the AQS Show in Paducah, KY. Of course I’ll remind you about this offer
prior to that show on the last weekend in April 2023. And just for the record, here’s the official offer…

Anyone who comes to our booth at AQS Paducah wearing a bag made from one of our patterns gets an automatic 10% off their entire purchase!

Which makes me wonder… Who among you will be taking advantage of this offer when we see you in Paducah?
