January ’24 Eye Candy Showcase

So what are we waiting for? Let’s get started!

Becky Hausmann says she’s in love with our Sling Along design & she’s already made 6 of them with more requests coming! She calls it the perfect bag for travel and everyday ! I’m crazy about the fabrics she chose!

And Adriana Carter is still on a Go-Go Compact BINGE! And I have to say that the addition of this purple striped bias binding was a stroke of genius! It’s adorable!

And just in case Adriana‘s above-pictured Go-Go Compact didn’t strike your fancy, (how could it not?), then cast your eyes upon this delightful brightly colored number!

And as if they weren’t enough, here’s two more of Adriana‘s wonderful Go-Go Compact creations! I just can’t choose a favorite, can you? They are ALL impeccably made and the fabric combinations are genius! Thanks Adriana for sharing these beauties with us!

Charlene Samanich created a quilted coat & of course she needed a matching bag, so she reduced the size of the squares, resewed them together, & her new Double Take is the result! Charlene‘s exterior has a subtle “cat theme” and so the “cat paw” interior makes total sense!

And this modified Odyssey was exquisitely created by Monica Perkins. Other than the obvious change in bag size, she added some inside pockets for organizing small objects & pens & also a key strap, but I have to say that I am most drawn to the exceptionally classic & beautiful exterior that Monica crafted!

Angelia Loggie said that her friend casually mentioned to her at the International Quilt Festival this past Fall that Angelia has yet to make a Sling Along for her… BUT… with the creation of this bag, she’s proud to say that her friend can no longer make this claim! 🙂

What a FUN day it was for me when I spied this AMAZING Cosmo Convertible on Instagram which was created by #cheryl_thimble_fingers! What a great set made all the more special by the terrific embroidery she placed perfectly on each item!

And according to Jeanne Harrington, sometimes you just need a little purse that doesn’t weigh you down! I love Jeanne’s take on our HipBag Hybrid design which certainly fits the description!

And finally, Adriana Carter took a break from her Go-Go Compact binge to put together a totally unique Gemini FlightBag! She says she’s REALLY happy with the results and plans on making another, declaring it to be not too big, & not too small, It’s the perfect cross-body!
