So…
every now and then we get to make a change that’s a HUGE improvement on an old product and recently that was the case for us a while back!
Here’s what happened!
We were really pumped when we added an all-gold variety to our zipper lineup a few years ago. But a not-so-funny thing happened between the time we placed our initial order and when we received it!
The zipper tape that I fell in love looked very much like the samples shown at left in the photo above. But according to our manufacturer, the zippertape was suddenly and unfortunately no longer available and our order was fulfilled with zippertape that was brighter and brassier (as represented by the sample at right in the photo above)!
To say we were disappointed was an understatement!
We were given a terrific discount on this inventory which compensated somewhat… and I have to admit that these zippers have sold fairly well in the interim, but I was BEYOND THRILLED when late last Fall I found out that it was once again possible to procure a shipment in the original gold zippertape we originally fell in love with!
And just look how wonderful they are!
