May 2021 Eye Candy

So…

I totally LOVE seeing pictures of the bags our customers make from our patterns! There’s not too much I like better than opening up an email that includes a picture or two of a customer-made bag, and the pictures we recived last month are truly extraordinary!

ALL the bags pictured below were created using our patterns & either shared on our FaceBook Group page, or mailed to us directly!

So… let’s get started!

Nancy Rosa Used Kaffe Fassett fabrics to create this STUNNING Sling Along! She also “borrowed” the zipper strap
from our OutBreaker design to add a true backpack option to this beautiful bag!
And Ray McCoy said he LOVES using Laurel Burch fabrics for the bags he makes and for this Sling Along
he used fabric from the Feline Frolic collection because it’s bold on color & LOTS of FUN!
And Agnes Smith actually carried her 1st Sling Along for 2 1/2 years. She finally decided
it was time for a change even though that first bag was “still as good as new!”

And of course “Harry Potter” fabrics are HUGE right now and Amanda Carriere used them perfectly for this, her very 1st Sling Along!

And this is the 1st Flaptastic that Sue Evans has created and I have a feeling there might be a few more in her future.
and check out the butterfly zipper pull that looks like it was handmade for this fabric! INCREDIBLE!
And do you recall me saying that all things Harry Potter are HOT? Ray McCoy evidently knows this and said that this Sling Along was a very FUN bag to make! He said that this fabric seemed perfect for this bag & that he created for his friend’s daughter! I bet she FLIPPED for it!
Julie Mills loves her ErgoMatic and added several pockets to the design both inside & out!
But I LOVE the pooches nose that Julie fussy-cut on the pocket flap! Great job Julie!

Louise Landry bought the pattern for her Triple Play in 2016 but has put off actually making it, because her Quattro & her Baggalista have literally lasted ALL THIS TIME! I hope she gets as much enjoyment out of this, her new everyday bag!

Megen Wilson said it took her quite a while to get brave enough to make this Sling Along
but now that she has, she gets compliments on it ALL the time!!
And last but not least, this Sling Along is definitely one of my all-time favorite bags that Nancy Rosa has made, and thats saying a lot because she has made a multitude of bags, that’s for sure! Nancy’s still experimenting with the split backpack strap she borrowed from our OutBreaker design & she says that this bag is destined for the local Craft Fair where it should go quite fast!
