PPC35: a Peach FlowerBed
So... in our last post I showed you a sample we made up in fabric from "Another Dimension" by Funny Girl for Studio E Fabrics, and today I'm showing you a sample made up in yet another fabric from that same collection.
I'll tell you more about it later on in this post, but in the meantime, let me give you a quick tour!
I loved the way ALL the fabrics in this collection have a 3-dimentional quality, and this fabric in particular looked real enough to pick for a bouquet!
The only zippers I could imagine using here was our black & white striped zips since they virtually can be used with almost every fabric on earth!
This bag can be worn several ways:
- as a one-armed sling bag (worn on your chest), as shown above left.
- as a one-armed sling bag worn on your back).
- as a true backpack as shown above right.
- or... as a shoulder bag
The unique zippered strap, along with the clip rings located on both sides of this bag make it possible to carry it these various ways.
And this feature is one that I particularly enjoyed including! For years our customers have requested a fun way to carry a water bottle and at long last... we figured out a unique way to comply with their wishes.
I think you'll find that this water bottle pocket is plenty deep enough for almost any water bottle you may want to carry with you, and the cord-locked top band will keep it securely in place.
In the photo (above-left), is a view of the extremely roomy main compartment! I think you could easily store a small umbrella and maybe a light sweater here in addition to your everyday supplies!
And in the photo (above right), is a shot of the smaller front pocket. This is a perfect spot to store your phone or other important items you need quick access to. (For this sample I included a small credit card holder.)

I'm relieved to finally have the naming thing done and I hope you like it! Additionally, we only have one more sample to show you before the real fun begins, and we'll do that next week! In the meantime...
