PPC33: Corkifying A Cignet

So... a while back I was asked if I'd be willing to make up our new Cignet Phone Pal in CORK!
There was a specific reason of course, which I'll be all too happy to reveal in due time, (when the time is right, of course), but in the meantime, let me give you a quick tour of this little "corkified" Cignet!
SPOILER ALERT!
I LOVE how it turned out!

I was hoping it would work out well, but really, wasn't quite sure how it would! You can see the bag front I created at above left, and the bag back is at above right.
And as much as I liked this ruby red cork, I feared it would look a little plain if that's all I used on this Cignet sample. So I decided to "jazz-it-up" a bit, a-la-Rock Star Peacework Style!
You might remember that I used this technique on a previous Cignet Phone Pal sample that you can see by clicking HERE!

Here's a good look at the bag sides, which should give you a pretty good indication that this little bag is good for carrying a good deal more than just your phone!!!

And finally, here's a good look at the front pouch area where I like to store my phone (please note that my phone actually slides ALL THE WAY INSIDE this pouch so it can't be seen at ALL. I've place some stuffing at the bottom of the pouch so that the functionality of this area is obvious for the purposes of pictures). The picture on the right is a peek inside the surprisingly roomy interior where I generally store my wallet "on end".
This pouch treatment is actually quite easy. I've written a FREE tutorial that you can use to apply this treatment to YOUR Cignet Phone Pal, whether you're using cork or quilter's cottons. Just click HERE to access this downloadable pdf. AND--- if you'd like to be able to apply this treatment to other bags, clothing items, and home decorating pieces, I've written a downloadable eBook that will help you do just that! Just click HERE for more info on our eBook, Rock Star Peacework!
And now.... it's YOUR turn!
I'd love to know what you think of this exterior treatment! Does this bag seem like one you might enjoy carrying?
