So… Can you take just ONE MORE sample of our Carolinian design?
Because here’s the deal…
I’ve enjoyed carrying my prototype of this design SO much, (I’ve been carrying it since October!), that I’m doing something I only rarely have done in the 20 years in the pattern business!
I’m going to keep one of the Carolinian samples I’ve made for MYSELF!
The Question is… Which ONE???
My choice came down to the Frond Extract sample and perhaps the bag that I make from this Arcadia-Color Play fabric (seen at right, from RJR Fabrics) that I’ve had in my stash for a long, LONG time.
I know I’m NOT the only one who has fabric in a stash that’s been waiting for that perfect project for a long, LONG time, right?

I love the way this abstract fabric, (which I always favor), “plays” with the Carolinian design! And here’s a couple of good looks at the entry/interior area of this design. For me, this bag is the perfect size. It’s large enough to carry everything I need over the course of a normal day, but its not so large that its bulky, cumbersome, or heavy!

So here’s the two bags I’ll be choosing between!
The Arcadia sample on the left,
and the Frond Extract sample on the right!
And now…. it’s YOUR turn!
Which bag would YOU choose?
and which bag do you think I’ll choose?
And if you have comments you’d like to share, suggestions you’d like to make, or questions you’d like to ask about this design in general or this sample in specific, please feel free to leave either or both in the space provided below!
