Quilt Market ’24- What’s in Store?

So…

we’re less a couple of days away from the 2024 version of the International Fall Quilt Market and just so you know… I can’t believe that this will be our 17th straight Fall Quilt Market, (not counting 2020 & 2021, the Covid years, where Quilt Market was cancelled 2 years in a row).

And just so you know… we very rarely do anything exciting or unusual for Quilt Market, but this year is a HUGE EXCEPTION… because this year we’re having….

A Monster Sample Bag Sale!

What a GLORIOUS mess of bags, right?

So here’s the way this sale will work! (There’s only ONE easy stipulation!) Market attendees have the opportunity to purchase any of these bags for $95.00 each, along with the purchase of 12 patterns of the that title!

And just so you know…this sale will include at least one sample of almost every one of the designs currently in our catalog, so dont miss it!

I like to call this sale a “Win – WIN” for both the store owner and for us, because the store owner will take home a professionally made (by me) bag sample which she/he can immediately put on display in her store. I’m even including THREE samples of my newest pattern, the High Seas Convertible in this sale (seen at left)! There’s no need for her to try to find time (here at the holidays) to make a sample herself, or to contract with (and pay) her bag maker to make a sample for her!

Her customers are sure to immediately notice it, so she can hit the floor running by immediately scheduling classes based on this design, or selling these patterns (along with fabric, zippers, interfacing/foam and hardware) to customers who will have plenty of time to make gifts for Christmas!

So what’s in it for me? That’s EASY! I’m confident enough in the samples I make to know right up front that when customers see the sample I created, they will want to make this bag for themselves or as Christmas gifts for friends and family… and this means that this store owner will very likely be re-ordering MORE patterns from us or from the distributor of her choice! It’s the purchase that “keeps on giving” for us AND the store owner!

I only have one suggestion for you if you’re a store owner planning on coming to the International Fall Quilt Market in Houston, TX at the end of October! And that would be to stop by our booth EARLY in the show, (#110 on aisle #1), because these samples will sell quickly, that’s for sure! You can take the bag of your choice home with you (along with 12 patterns of the same title), or I can ship the patterns to you (free of charge of course) to not weigh down your suitcase on the trip back home!
