the July’24 Eye Candy Showcase

You know what?

As you probably know… we post several times each month on this site, but there’s no other post I enjoy more than our monthly “Eye Candy Showcase! What fun it is seeing how our customers tailor our patterns to reflect their own fashion sensibility!

This month we have eight fabulous bags to show you, so what are we waiting for…

Let’s Get Started!

Jill Williams proudly said that this is her “latest make”… a feline fantastic Easy Go Wallet!
I love it Jill! You’re obviously a cat fanatic like me!

And do I ever LOVE it when folks send pictures of themselves enjoying their bags on a spectacular vacation, which is exactly what Erin is doing here with her fun Side Slinger! Erin says she’s gotten LOTS of compliments on this bag made specifically for this trip!

Jeanette Jay (#mamajay55) created this Double Take for her sister (pictured above)
who selected this fabric as her Spring/Summer bag! Jeanette is one of our pattern testers, and as usual, the make on this bag is impeccable!

Monica Perkins declared this to be her “take” on our Everyday Attache! Monica made some changes to this design so it would work perfectly for her and these fantastically brilliant fabrics are SO purrfect for this design!

And Renee Pageau lives on the shore of Lake Huron and says that her love of the beautiful view and sunset definitely inspired her beautiful and amazing Sling Along! And as a confirmed lover of “all things lighthouse”, this bag totally “does it” for me Renee!

And here’s Debra Smith‘s version of our Flaptastic design!
I love how she combined three different “navy’s for a purrfect casual travel bag!

Karen Wetherall made up her Quattro in vintage cottons from her mother’s stash (how sweet is that???)
Additionally, Karen used our free piecing tutorial for her front pouch area! GREAT job, Karen!

And here… is Renee Pageau‘s 2nd Sling Along in keeping with her self-imposed “lighthouse theme”!
Renee plans on donating this particular bag to the Maine Heritage group that restored the lighthouse on Chantery Island off her shore. Renee is hoping they can raise funds off it!

And now, it’s YOUR turn!

Which one of these beauties caught your eye initially? And which one made you want to know more? And remember, we love reading your comments and answering your questions too, so please feel free to leave either or both in the space provided below.

Renee’s two bags deserve an extra round of applause for having both sides equally attractive. That’s pretty special. The fussy cutting in the zipper area was amazing.
All the other bags were also very fine looking work.

You are SO right about this Mary! She did an excellent job on these 2 bags!
      🙂
