There’s a NEW Zip in Town ’21

So… it’s been over two years since we’ve introduced a new zipper to our lineup, mostly because I just haven’t found a style that I found interesting and different enough for me to pull the trigger….

but then I ran across this new style which I have affectionately called the “Tire Track” zipper. This is a non-woven zipper with nylon teeth and a very generous zipper pull which is optimal for bags. The minute I saw it I knew it would be a perfect addition for our line.

At left– Here’s a decent closeup of this new zipper which as you can see, has a pattern that is VERY reminiscent of a tire track! But the reason that I also included the picture at right is so you could get a good idea of how this zipper would actually look when sewed into a seam… which is an amazingly different look and totally unique to anything you’ll see on the market today!

So… if you’re thinking you can already picture this cool zipper in your next project, just click HERE to find out more about them. They are available in 10″ and 20″ closed bottom and also in a 22″ zipper that’s closed on both ends with TWO zipper pulls! I can’t wait too use them in a sample myself! 🙂

And now, it’s YOUR turn!

What do YOU think about this new zipper? Can you see yourself including it in an upcoming project? And remember, we love reading your comments and answering your questions too, so please feel free to leave either or both in the space provided below.
