PPC33: the Cignet Phone Pal Testing Round

So… Summertime can always be a tough time for testers to commit to a testing schedule, but given the schedule we operate under, summertime seems to always be that testing needs to be done, and lucky for me, I was fortunate that FIVE of our testers had enough time this summer to test out our new pattern, the Cignet Phone Pal!
And here's the deal... as much as I LOVE seeing what our testers are inspired to create, the critiques and suggestions they supply are definitely what I covet the most! They go a long way to making our pattern instructions clearer & easier to understand and that is the most important thing!

Nancy Rosa started testing for us in the 26th round of Purse Pattern Chronicles (the Bella BiFold) and she is very well known in our FaceBook Sewing group for her ability to construct bags with totally spectacular fabric combinations! And once again, with this Cignet Phone Pal sample, Nancy has successfully combined 2 interesting prints for an awesome finish! Thanks Nancy!

Jeanette Jay hails from San Antonio, TX and began testing for us in the Spring of 2022 with the release of our Bella BiFold design. And I think maybe, based on the graphics on her Cignet Phone Pal exterior, that Jeanette might just have a "need for speed"! 🙂 Thanks Jeanette! 🙂 Your little bag is adorable!

Mary Larson of Rochester, MN started testing for us in the 11th cycle of Purse Pattern Chronicles with the Triple Play in 2015. WOW! That's TEN years ago! I really love the bold graphic print Mary chose for this Cignet Phone Pal! It's a bit of a departure from her norm but Mary said this was a fun little bag to work up and I hope she finds it just as much if not more fun to carry! Thanks Mary!

So... we were really happy to add Judy Freedline to our Testing Group in the last cycle of Purse Pattern Chronicles! She hails from Macedonia, OH, and I just LOVE the fabric she chose to use as she made up her Cignet Phone Pal! It's simply cute as a button!

And finally, Beth Revere hails from Council Grove, Kansas and started testing for us WAY BACK in the 8th cycle of Purse Pattern Chronicles in 2014 with the Wrapsody design. I always love the bags Beth creates (and this Cignet Phone Pal is no exception) and here’s the deal… the comments & suggestions Beth sends are always on point and SO helpful! For this reason Beth has become a bit of an institution for us! Thanks Beth. and even though I love all things “black & white”, it’s ALSO fun to see that our Cignet Phone Pal looks SUPER in COLOR!
And now, it’s YOUR turn!
If you like the bags our wonderful testers have created this time and if you’d like to leave them some love for them in the “Comments” section” below I’m sure they’d appreciate it. And if you have any questions about the testing process in general, or any of these bag samples in particular, you can leave those there as well and I (or they) will do our best to answer them!
