You know what?
This is always one of my favorite times of the month… getting to show off some of the bags our brilliant customers have made with our patterns! And this month is certainly no exception!
So what ‘cha say? Let’s get started!
Monica Perkins used foam for stability in her Odyssey
& quilted it with an embroidered cactus theme, & oh my, SUCH gorgeous embroidery!
Susan Mautte said she used fabric she’s had for YEARS to create herself a brand new Guardian since her old one, which she’s used for over 10 years, was worn & faded! She had some very complimentary things to say about this pattern, and was sure nice to hear! Thanks Susan!
Diane Faue sent us this picture of her 1st attempt at a Tandem DayPack! She pronounced it as “not perfect, but I LOVE it… and now its on to my 2nd!”
And here’s an oldie but goodie that’s still remarkably on point some 12 years later! It’s our DittyRoo design created by Kathryn Gould who says she’s delighted with the finished result!
Renee Weger chose a very dramatic batik with which to create her Sling Along with equally dramatic results! I think the zipper helps add to the mood & to define this look!
And if you live in the Carolinas, (as I do), then you probably are a big fan of sea turtles, and I think they look especially great on this Gemini FlightBag created by Sue Evans, who says that overall she loves the result!
And here’s Dorothy Thompson‘s Side Slinger which showed up in my Instagram feed! It goes without saying that seeing this beauty totally made my day! What a showstopper!
And finally, Nina Clotfelter said that she and a friend had fun making their Ergomatic‘s together! I’m not certain which of these cuties is Nina’s but they are strikingly different, yet both beautiful! Nina said there were lots of pieces and lots of sewing, but they persevered and now it was time to enjoy carrying their new bags!
And now, it’s YOUR turn!
Which one of these beauties caught your eye initially? And which one made you want to know more? And remember, we love reading your comments and answering your questions too, so please feel free to leave either or both in the space provided below.
